Click on the link in the description below. http://bit.ly/RDSWEEPSFD1 Ingredients: For the crispy chicken - Chicken breast, 4 Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Salt, to taste Lemon juice, 1 tsp Flour, 1 cup Breadcrumbs, 1 cup Eggs, 2 Oil, 400ml For the caramelised onions - Oil, 1 tsp Onion, 1 cup Salt, 1/2 tsp For the coleslaw - Cabbage, 1/2 cup Carrot, 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Black pepper powder, 1 tsp To assemble - Mustard sauce, 1 tbsp Ketchup, 1 tbsp Method: Place the chicken breasts in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate the chicken for an hour. Dip the chicken in flour, eggs, and coat them with breadcrumbs. Heat oil then fry the chicken until it turns golden brown. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions, salt and mix well. Cover and cook until the onions are caramelised. Set aside. Place the cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, black pepper powder in a bowl. Mix well, then set the slaw aside. To assemble the burger, toast the burger buns. Place the slaw, then the crispy chicken, then the caramelised onions. Top with mustard sauce and ketchup.
