The 4-Word Prayer That Changes EVERYTHING | Feed Your Faith Starve Your Doubt | Pruning Season Ep. 2

It's 100% possible to have faith and STILL struggle when it comes to believing in how God is going to change your situation for the better, especially when your current circumstances don't look like what God promised you! It's damn near impossible to have Faith in someone you can't even see and not have any questions. And that's what we're talking about today in Episode 2 of my Pruning Season Series. Today's episode is based on the scripture Mark 9:24 - "God, Help My Unbelief". If you don't get anything from this video, please make sure you understand this: If you can't be honest with anyone else, be honest and vulnerable with God. He wants to build a genuine relationship with you - not one based on religion and performance. So having a simple conversation, letting God know exactly how you feel and where your head is at is the first huge step in building that relationship. When you're honest with God, He becomes honest with you. We keep waiting on a perfect prayer to recite, but a perfect prayer looks like having an honest conversation with God. Some may ask, "If God knows everything already, why do I need to talk to Him?" - and the answer I have for that is as simple as this - would you reach out to someone you haven't spoken to in a decade and ask them for a favor? No? So why only talk to God when you need something? You're limiting Him when you only think of God as someone who does things for you when you need Him to. He's bigger than that, so it's time for you to do your own research, have your own conversations, strengthen your faith and figure out who God is for YOU - not your parents, not your friends, not people you watch on YouTube, but figure out who God is to YOU. Many times, this is why God separated you from those people, places and things - sometimes you have to be removed from all the distractions so that you can see the following things clearly: Yourself And Your Actions Your Situation/The Issues Your Heart Posture Your Relationship With God In this season, be mindful of what it looks like to be your most authentic self when it comes to God.
