A Minecraft Movie - Movie Review! This Films Genre Is Action/ Adventure and Is Directed By Jared Hess. In This Movie We See A Mysterious Portal Pull Four Misfits Into The Overworld, a Bizarre, Cubic Wonderland That Thrives On Imagination. Where They Meet Crafter Steve (Jack Black), A Man Who's Been Trapped In This World So Long That He's Mastered Its Existence. When It Comes To World Design Inside The Overworld It Is Extremely Accurate To The Minecraft Video Game and Was Amazing To See On The Big Screen. The Comedy Here Is Hit Or Miss, but When The Jokes Land They Land Hard. Jack Black As a Personality and Comic Was The Perfect Person To Get As The Lead For a Film Like This. However When It Comes To Character Design This Movie Has a Huge Problem, As Real World People Running Around This Block World Completely Breaks The Immersion Here. The Plot For This Film While Simple On Paper, Is Nonsensical When It Actually Has To Play Out. This Is a Slop Hollywood Cash Grab Thats Disrespectful To Minecraft Fans At It's Worst. And a Mindless, Dumb Fun Popcorn Flick At Its Best.
