I wrote the chorus part first and imagined it as regular pop/rock tune. However I changed it up and make it into this weird piano, flute and erhu mix. Now that I've finished the track I'm actually thinking of redoing the whole track and making an alternative pop/rock version of it. I can't promise that it works out or that I'll release anything. I had a lot of fun writing this track because of the mix of instruments that I chose, flute and erhu is very expressive and with a base of strings and piano it just makes a sound that appeals to me.
