You may think you would make less if you limited yourself to certain procedures, rather than offer lots of procedures to anyone with a pulse (and pocketbook). However, the opposite is true if done right. When you develop a niche, the right patients are attracted to you, they convert more often because they see you as the expert, and you can charge 2-10X more since certain patients want to pay for the best.
