This one's black rutilated quartz, as requested by kossorihana, on my Grey Agate video (link further below). It doesn't really stand for Satan's Pelvic Deathgrip; it's symphysis pubis dysfunction it and happens when your body produces too much of the relaxin hormone (or if you have hypermobile - posh for being bendy - joints, which I also have). Basically, this allows your symphysis pubis - the normally pretty rigid ligament which holds the 2 halves of your pelvis tight - to flump out, which then allows your spine and hips to move in ways they shouldn't. It's not only a pain in the arse but also the back, the muff, the hips... if you do anything but sit about with your legs up. But I'm not bitter - I'm happy to have this, if it means my baby is alive and kicking (about 200 times a day - no exaggeration!).
