Don’t miss out on our next video by pressing the notification bell Till next time from Edenskitchenph **** Happy Cooking **** Video length: 5.38 Min Prep and cooking time: 1 Hour Serves: 4 to 6 Ingredients: ½ kg of mince beef ½ cup white onion, finally chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley 1 egg beaten 3 tablespoon bread crumbs 3 tablespoon grated cheese Salt and ground black pepper For tomato sauce 3 tablespoon cooking oil ½ cup onion sliced 2 clove garlic, crushed 1 can tomatoes sliced ½ cup tomato sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 3 bay leaf Salt and black pepper Instructions: 1) Mix all the ingredients into the bowl and mix it all together well with your clean hands. 2) Form the mixture into meatballs about the size of golf balls. 3) Turn on your cooker over medium heat and add 4 tsp. of cooking oil in your hot skillet. 4) Fry the meatballs until they are browned on all sides and cooked through for about 10 to 15 minutes. 5) In the meantime, to make the tomato sauce. Heat the oil in a non-stick sauté pan. 6) Add sliced onion and crushed garlic, toss until soft and pale golden. 7) Add sliced of canned tomatoes and tomato sauce, bay leaf, sugar, salt and pepper 8) Cook the tomatoes sauce for approximately 30 minutes. 9) Toss the meatballs into the mixture.
