Our Family Fiji Holiday at Plantation Island Resort | Garden Bure Room Tour & Travel Highlights

Come along on our journey as we explore the beautiful Plantation Island Resort with a room and walking tour! 🌴 We flew Fiji Airways, and while the flight was smooth and comfortable, picky eaters and food allergies made plane meals a bit of a challenge (good thing we packed plenty of snacks!). The kids stayed happily entertained with their iPads and fun packs I prepared. The boat ride from Denarau to Plantation Island was an adventure with some rough seas, but once we set foot on the island, it was all smiles from there. The Fijian hospitality was incredible - warm smiles and friendly chats everywhere we went. The girls spent almost the entire week either on the beach or at the water slide pool, which quickly became their favourite spot. We also tried out water sports like snorkelling, catamaran rides, and canoeing. Our room at Plantation Island was perfect for a family getaway, and the fresh seafood was an absolute highlight for Case! We purchase the dining package for our full stay. I worked around my food intolerances, but overall, the meal package was a great option. We were blessed with sunny weather the whole trip, except for a dramatic rain shower on the final day (even the island was sad to see us go!).
