Laccha paratha, lachha paratha video, pudina paratha, Laccha Paratha ki recipe, Laccha Paratha Banane ki vidhi, lachha paratha recipe in hindi, lachha paratha recipe step by step #lachaparatha #parathas #parathaz #LachhaParatha #LunchBox Pudina Laccha Paratha Ingredients: Wheat Flour - 2 cups (300 gms) Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp Dry Mint Powder - 2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp How to make Pudina Laccha Paratha 1- Take 2 cups of Wheat flour in a bowl, add 1/2 tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Oil and mix all the Ingredients. 2- Knead the dough similar to a regular dough using lukewarm Water. 3- To knead this amount of dough, we took 1 cups of Water from which still, 1 tbsp of Water has left. 4- After kneading the dough, cover and keep it aside for 20 minutes to set. 5- The dough has set after 20 minutes. 6- Apply some Oil on your palms to grease them, mash the dough for a while. 7- Take 2 tsp of Mint Powder in a mini bowl, add 1 tsp of Coriander Powder, 1/4 tsp of Salt and mix all the spices properly. 8- Preheat the pan to make Parathas. 9- Divide some dough from the dough, make the Paratha of your desired size. 10- Roll it into the round shaped ball, press to flatten it, coat it with the dry flour. 11- Now, we will expand it thinly like a Chappati. Roll it into the diameter of 10-12 inches. 12- Coat it in the dry flour if it sticks to the board and exand it thinly. 13- Spread some Clarified Butter over it evenly. 14- Spread 1 tsp of Masala mixture over it evenly. 15- Lift and fold it as shown in the video. 16- Press it softly then, roll it. Bend the end towards the back. 17- Coat it in the dry flour and expand it into the diameter of 7-8 inches. 18- Add some clarified butter on the pan and spread it. 19- Add the Paratha to cook from the bottom on the medium flame. 20- In the meantime, expand another round of Paratha. 21- Flip it because it has cooked from the bottom. 22- Paratha has slightly cooked from another side too. 23- Apply and spread some Clarified Butter evenly. 24- Flip and cook Paratha until Golden - Brown spots appear on both sides. Spots have appeared on both sides because it has cooked. 25- Paratha has cooked so remove it from the pan.
