What does it take to win Social Security disability benefits if your main medical problem arises from significant damage to one or both shoulders? Instead, you and your attorney will need to prepare an argument to explain why your upper extremity injury prevents you from working a simple, entry-level job. Evidence that I look for includes #MRI verification that you definitely have a #shoulder injury. I look for evidence that conservative treatment such as physical therapy and #epiduralinjections have failed and that surgery has been recommended. I look for narcotic pain medication prescriptions and evidence that even incidental movement of the damaged shoulder causes severe, unrelenting pain.
