Vampire: the Masquerade - Akhu - Lector Priests, Theophidian ethics, Setite culture and practices

In this episode we're taking a look at the blasphemous practice of Akhu, the sorcery of Setite Lector Priests, passed down from their dark god himself, Set, who was cast down into Du'at and ate Apep's black heart. It goes without saying the lore found in the books doesn't always align with the real life myths and beliefs of ancient Egyptians, nor does it dive too deeply into the nuances and details of ancient Egyptian religious practices, but it still creates a narrative frame which is super fun to explore for players and storytellers alike.
