What's up guys and WELCOME BACK to another episode of BBQ, Bourbon, & Blues. On today's episode we will show you how to do BBQ Spaghetti. The ingredient list and steps will be down below. You can also check out or reach us on our website www.wordbrosbbq.com Ingredients: Olive Oil Pork Butt 2-5 pounds 1 Medium Onion Diced 1 Green Bell Pepper Diced 5 Bulbs of garlic Diced 1 Diced Jalapeno Pepper Parsley 1 Can Tomato Sauce 1 Can Tomato Paste 1 Can Petite Diced Tomato Chipotle Peppers Mushrooms Spaghetti Noodles Your Favorite BBQ Rub Your Favorite BBQ Sauce Have you a small 5 pound pork butt smoking or use leftover pork butt. In a pan add 2-3 tablespoons of Olive Oil to sauté your onion, Jalapeno Pepper, Garlic, until soft. Once they are soft add your Parsley, Chipotle Peppers, and Mushrooms. Next add you Tomato Sauce and give it a good stir. Lastly pour in your Tomato, Petite Tomatoes Diced, mushrooms, and Chipotle Peppers, and a pound of pork and let it simmer for at least 30-45 minutes stirring occasionally. Near the end of waiting on the sauce you can focus on the noodles. Once they are done drain the water off and place into a bowl or pan. To assemble place some noodles into a pan or bowl and pour sauce and mix it in. Repeat the steps until finished. Once you have all the Sauce mixed with noodles add your extra Pulled Pork on Top and drizzle BBQ Sauce on top of it all and enjoy. Thanks for tuning into another episode. We hope you enjoyed it.
