Table Saw Sled to Make FeatherBoards

This is a table saw sled that I made to make featherboars. In the end it is nothing more than a small cheap crosscut sled that I call a jig. I chose to make the finger about 3/16" so I went with that size gap between the blade and the dummy finger. That is the aluminum piece that holds the last cut finger gap. The slot for the blade is cut at 30 degrees. Really worked well for me. I had thought about making the aluminum piece removable or adjustable but decided it wasn't necessary. If this sled was supper square maybe I would have. I did not use any 5 cut method....
