Masalas added(this is for 1.5 kg, reduce half of this masala if you are making 1/2 kg ) 8 cloves, 3 black cardamom, 3 green cardomom, 6 small finger sized cinnamon , 2 star anise broken, 1 mace, 6 Kopak seeds, 6 stone flower, 1 teaspoon fennel, jeera, pepper corns, 8 bay leaves. Masala powders added Aachi masala 👇🏻 2 tsp chilli powder , 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, 2 tsp biryani masala, 3/4 th tsp turmeric, 3 tablespoon salt. Veggies used 5 large onions sliced, 12 green chillies sliced, 4 large tomatoes sliced, 2 handful of mint leaves , 2 handful of coriander leaves. 1/2 cup thick curd used. Finally added 3 table spoons ghee.
