Peach Cobbler is the perfect summer dessert, juicy peaches topped with a sugar cookie like topping! Find a printed recipe sheet here: https://www.yourhomebasedmom.com/wprm... Ingredients: 2 cups of skinned, sliced peaches, cut 1/2 inch thick 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 Tbsp granulated sugar pinch of salt 1/4 tsp cinnamon Cobbler Topping: 2 Tbsp butter, melted 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp granulated sugar 1/3 cup flour 1/4 tsp baking powder pinch of salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of baking dishes; i used a ramekin. Needs to hold 1 cup of peaches. Mix peaches, sugar, pinch of salt and cinnamon together. Place in a saucepan and heat over medium high heat until peaches are heated through and the sugar has begun to caramelize. Put peaches into baking dishes. In a medium size bowl, combine crumble ingredients. Sprinkle on top of peaches. bake for 15-20. minutes or until peaches are hot and bubbly and crumble mixture is golden brown. Let stand for 10-15 minutes to cool and for juices to thicken. Top with ice cream and enjoy!!!
