Located east of Los Angeles, it's surrounded by a number of freeways that connect to other U.S. cities. The I.E. as it is known, has become a major force in our economy, thanks to what economists call logistics, that's what makes the region so attractive to companies. Skechers is building one of the largest warehouses in the region, a 1.5 million-square-foot building that could house 40 football fields. California Forward's Cheryl Getuiza explores what is bringing in the huge warehouses, and the jobs they bring, to the region.
