Here are the ingredients that we put in our nighttime smoothie for recovery: #1: MIXED BERRIES #2: TURMERIC AND CINNAMON #3: BANANA #4: TESTOGREENS #5: CHERRIES #6: ALMOND MILK #7: WHEY PROTEIN It is good to make sure that you are putting protein in your body at night to help you build more muscle during the recovery process.
