The default value for Uniform Soldier Aiming is 133% in Battlefield. This tries to make your sensitivity feel the same out to 133% from the middle of the screen or your crosshair. This is great except for the fact that it will literally only feel 1:1 from the crosshair to that 133% mark. Everything in between will vary which will actually hurt your aim in the long run. Using a 0% coefficient on Uniform Soldier Aiming can actually match everything right at the crosshair. This will allow you to scale the input required per flick based on whatever FOV or zoom level sight you're using. Essentially think of it like teleporting forward whatever amount you've zoomed and then hip firing from that spot. Once you mentally do it this way, the transition from 133% to 0% should become a bit easier. From what I understand, transitioning to a 0% coefficient will make you a better mechanical player in the long run because you can no longer hide behind settings that give you quick short-term results.
