Whimsical and at times off-kilter private press instrumental folk by the founding members of new wave/art rock band Sakana (さかな). Side A is the folkier side of the album, ranging from the jubilant "Manila Kago" and "Cha-cha Voy" to the moody, intimate "Ichimatsu" and "Mozart". Meanwhile,, side B is where the band gets experimental, the anxious "Part One" the free improv "Hotei", and the tribal-esque "Hugo". The closer "Children's Song" coalesces these two themes creating a nice bookend to this obscure album.
