MBTA Fairmount Line ride. Readville to Boston. 10/25/24

We take a ride on the old Midland Line loaded with Fall colors into Boston. Passenger service was revived on this line back in 1979 with the SW Corridor Project. Service has remained on this line even after the project was completed. Since then, service has grown on the line and numerous new stations were built. It is now one of the busiest MBTA commuter rail lines if not one of the most patronized.  All stations and passing trains are identified. Numerous graphics are posted giving some historical reference to the line.
