(28 Feb 2026) RESTRICTION SUMMARY: ASSOCIATED PRESS Dubai, United Arab Emirates - 28 February 2026 ++NIGHT SHOTS++ 1. Missile over buildings, UPSOUND explosions 2. Various of flare of air defense missiles in the sky 3. UPSOUND explosion, flare of air defense missile 4. Air defense missile with flare in the sky STORYLINE: A series of explosions were heard in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates on Saturday as Iran continued firing missiles towards Gulf countries and Israel. Bright lights, which appeared to be from air defense missiles, were also seen in the night sky above the city. That happened after the U.S. and Israel launched major attacks on Iran that President Donald Trump said aimed to crush Iran’s military and stop production of a nuclear weapon. Iran's Revolutionary Guard said in a statement that in the first phase of retaliation, named “Truthful Promise 4,” Iran’s military struck the command of the US 5th Fleet in Bahrain as well as U.S. bases in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, and military targets in Israel. Several countries closed their airspace as explosions were heard across the region. Smoke was seen rising in Tehran near offices tied to Iran’s supreme leader. Some of the first strikes on Iran appeared to hit areas around the offices of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Shrapnel from an Iranian missile attack on Abu Dhabi killed one person on Saturday, authorities in Dubai said. The WAM news agency reported the fatality, the first known in the Iranian counterattack. =========================================================== Clients are reminded to adhere to all listed restrictions and to check the terms of their licence agreements.
