Today I decided to do a little field work, into a net, to work on upper body form to go with the Texas Two-Step seen in the No X-Step video. Join along in the journey as I explain the possible origins of where the pain could be stemming from as I give the viewer an opportunity to help me figure out what part of the form is causing pain in the right shoulder and how I can modify the form to alleviate or reduce the pain all together.
