I had a close eye on this setup since FrSky released it couple of months ago. Lately, i could not help myself not giving it a try especially when considering the price of the R9M Transmitter and R9 Slim Receiver combo. I'm planning to use it on my latest long range 7 inches quads. I'm also using the TBS 900Mhz Diamond and 900Mhz Immortal T antennas, since i have this theory that they are the real reason why the TBS Crossfire is working so well. I'm also convinced that horizontal linear polarization is more suitable for mini quads, it will never beat vertical linear polarization but the reality is we will never go like 20KM away with our mini quads...
