We Talk Guitars, Tone and Gear Del Casher, inventor of the Wah WAh for guitar sits down with Scott Sill to discuss the Wah and do a shootout between 6 different Wah Wah pedals. Del's Original Wah Wah Prototype from 1966 Joe Bonamassa Crybaby Signature Wah (JB95) Vintage Vox Clyde McCoy from 1967 Modern Vox Clyde McCoy A Copy of Del's Prototype MXR, CAE 404 Wah Vintage Vox 846 Del then does a nice demonstration on his prototype wah wah and talks about what he really likes about it. He shows how all the notes come out the same without resonant frequencies which allows the player to create music and use the wah as an accessory. Del plays a highly modified national guitar and playing through each one of the Wah Wah pedals into a Fender '65 Reverb Twin, Reissue, that was previously owned by the legendary Les Paul.
