Lancelot: "I've the power to lead man in battle. That's what I intend to do." M: "As Lancelot announced his decision, deep WITHIN ME STIRRED SOMETHING I had felt for no man before..." So this is about Morgan's feelings for Lancelot when Merlin, by chance or mischance one never knows, brought him in Camelot. But being his cousin, Lancelot is likely reluctant to requit Morgan's love and eventually falls for Gwen and of course Morgan discovers it... Gwen is a servant therefore the court will find it unsuitable that the King's nephew gets too much acquainted with such a low-status girl... Morgan's evil side comes in front and she decides to report Lancelot's love adventure to Uther and Lancelot is immediately imprisoned. Then Morgan pays him a visit pretending not to believe Uther's accusations and helps him escape so that he is grateful to her - as he does not know that it was Morgan who really accused him - so that one day maybe when his path will join hers again they should be closer...
