Sighting in my new-to-me Mauser 98 Santa Fe Sporter. Actually I've had it for a few months, but first I had to get a scope for it (this is the Barska 6x42 Euro 30 scope from a previous video); then the trigger was horrendous, with a really bad stacking creep. I tried working on it, but it was still bad. So finally I bought a Bold trigger and installed it, which fixed the problem. I had to rasp a lot of wood away to make room for the trigger, though. But it's all good, because now it is finally a workable rifle. I do plan to epoxy bed it, because the bedding is none too good either. The load is Remington 165 PSP over 46 grains of pulldown surplus IMR-4895. My rifle, my loading technique, YMMV. I'm not responsible if you duplicate this load.
