I always love being a part of Warrior Week. Our role is pretty simple: make them suffer. Take them out of their element. Make them panic. Push them to their physical limits. They come to us for 3 hours each day for a week and that’s what we do. They’ve got a lot of other activities going on during the week, as well; none of that is under our supervision. It’s amazing to see what a powerful tool Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be for improving your outlook, your relationships, your health, and your overall life.
