JMC 2022 Yamaha YZ250 Custom Plug and Play FMX Subframe

When it comes to Freestyle Motocross everyone has their bikes set up a specific way. When the new redesigned YZ250 came out for 2022 I knew I was going to have to do something to get them set up. I teamed up with IndeeSource in Temecula, CA to tackle the job for me. We set out to change the game for the Freestyle world, making the first "plug and play" FMX subframe. It started out with a rough draft that was CAD drawn and then 3d printed to see what needed modified. Then we moved onto the final 3d print before taking the next step into the cnc machine. Once out of the CNC machine the work wasn't over just yet, still had to finish cutting the piece out and cleaning up all the edges and then it was fitment time. We assembled everything to get it back together for the most part to tac weld the subframe in place before fully welding it in. This is why I called it plug and play, cut out the old piece, buy this one from me, have your local fabricator weld this bad boy up and you are ready for FMX on your 2022 YZ250.
