Loading and Unloading Materials in the F120 Printer 🛠️ Overview: This video demonstrates how to properly load and unload model and support materials in the Stratasys F120 3D printer, ensuring smooth material flow and preventing moisture-related issues. 🔧 Tools Required: Cutters Filament box 📦 Filament Box Preparation: Route the material tube and key through the designated notches Cut and discard 120 cm of filament as a moisture control measure 🔑 Key Steps Covered: Loading Material: From the printer's navigation menu, select “Materials” and choose the type (Model or Support) Click “Load” and feed the filament into the correct material port (Model – top, Support – bottom) Wait for the printer to begin pulling the filament, then insert the material key up to the alignment mark Repeat the process for both materials Unloading Material: Tap the material icon to open Material Details and click “Unload” Once unloading is complete, pull the material key to extract the filament Trim 5 cm (2 in.) from the end of the filament and bend it at 90° to prevent retraction Insert the key and tube back into the filament box 🔔 Thanks for watching!
