It all starts with my lead list, stored in an Airtable database, which contains data points about each lead that I can use to personalize each script that I generate. A Make.com automation then gets triggered at a set time interval, retrieves all the lead records that I want to generate scripts for, and generates personalized scripts with a request to OpenAI's API. The OpenAI prompt contains a set of instructions that I want the AI to follow as well as placeholders that are automatically populated with each lead's data points to achieve personalization.
