Jesna Missing Case: HC Dismissed Habeas Corpus Petition

Kochi: The High Court dismissed the habeas corpus petition submitted before the court in Jesna missing case. The division bench examined the police investigation as appropriate. The court said that the petitioners have failed to prove that Jesna is under someone's custody. The court also informed that the habeas corpus can not be considered since the petition requesting CBI inquiry into the case is already there. The petition seeking the court to interfere in the matter was submitted before the court by Jesna's brother Jais and advocate Shone George.
