List of Speakers: Almuth McDowall Sakshi Bansal Rachel Frost Vijai Pandey Kaemorine Prendergast Charlotte Axon Almuth McDowall is Professor of Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck University of London where she leads her department and is part of her school’s executive team. Her research has been funded by the Ministry of Defence, the College of Policing, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Home Office, as well as a range of other funders. Almuth has won awards for her research and her commitment to furthering the practice of psychology in the workplace in the UK. She regularly contributes to the media fuelled by her belief that research needs to speak to organisations directly to have impact and contemporary relevance. Sakshi Bansal is the recipient of the Diana Award- the highest civilian award for humanitarian work across the globe. She is also the world’s first UNESCO Kindness Leader. As the founder of Project LEAP, a social service project- committed to SDG4 and an Occupational Psychologist- Sakshi spends her time consulting on a variety of topics including people & talent, sustainability and ESG. Rachel Frost is the Managing Director and Principal Psychologist of RFL. Having founded the company in 1998 she continues to manage client assignments as well as personally coaching and assessing senior leaders and staff. Vijai has held a variety of roles, including director of R&D, various senior consulting positions, advising and facilitating psychometric testing, competency mapping, recruitment, talent identification and development. He has also consulted for the National Center for Assessment, helping to improve their systems and process of test development. Kaemorine Prendergast has provided services for a variety of businesses; and helps to provide solutions for organisations to create more inclusive cultures, designing training; and assessing and developing leadership. Charlotte is a Lead People Scientist at Tailored Thinking, specialising in encouraging and enabling individuals and teams to personalise their work. She has worked in a variety of HR, inclusion and organisation development roles across the Higher Education sector, having led and supported projects relating to culture, change, inclusion and recruitment. She has a specialist interest in inclusion and belonging, and is passionate about making work better for everyone. Charlotte also has a wealth of experience in people analytics and how to practically use and apply these insights to make positive changes to the employee experience across organisations.
