Cuphead and Mugman were just doing their jobs – their jobs being gangsters, yeah, but everyone’s gotta earn a living. It was nothing personal. The most ruthless duo in crockery were confident Grim Matchstick had his very own delicious last course the day they took him out to the woods, like they were a part of the Sopranos. Then this dragon popped up from the ground with a few extra heads. He must’ve heard the Cuphead DLC, The Delicious Last Course, was out. It’s fair that he wanted a piece of the action: this fire-breather is one of the more memorable Cuphead bosses, after all. And, like every Cuphead boss, he’s got a weak spot – as the cup head so eloquently tells the mug man… in between explanations of Rasputin and the differences between dinosaurs and dragons. So, it’s up to the Cuphead 2 to put on The Cuphead Show (and Mugman… yeah, and Mugman) and take down Big Grim. Their boss, the Cuphead devil, won’t be happy until Matchstick is sleeping with the fishes. Or dead. One of the two.
