In a major step toward agricultural development, *Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti* attended a ceremony in Quetta where *Rs 3.2 billion in interest-free loans* were distributed to *847 farmers* under **Phase II of the Green Pakistan Initiative (GPI)**. The program aims to cultivate *35,609 acres of land* across Balochistan, boosting agricultural productivity and strengthening Pakistan’s export sector. Earlier, in Phase I, **257 farmers received Rs 685 million in interest-free loans**, which proved highly successful. The ceremony was attended by senior civil and military officials, including **Corps Commander Balochistan Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem Ahmed Khan**.
