Northwell's Lenox Hill Hospital celebrates second consecutive Magnet® designation

Northwell's Lenox Hill Hospital, Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital and Northwell Greenwich Village Hospital have received their second Magnet® designation, a prestigious national recognition given by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Magnet® designation is awarded to hospitals that meet rigorous standards across leadership, patient care, education and innovation. Fewer than 10 percent of U.S. hospitals have earned this distinction. Northwell Health is New York State’s largest health care provider and private employer, with 21 hospitals, about 900 outpatient facilities and more than 12,000 affiliated physicians.
