Pickles can be made from different ingredients and here we show a tasty Amla pickle recipe. Spicy red chillies, mustard seeds, methi, hing, turmeric are common spices used for pickle. Avoid water completely while preparing pickle for best shelf life. So we need to use salt water/ saturated salt water for pickles. Here we separated seeds of amla, by cutting them into half. That is the method we follow.
