#Momochallenge #unexplained #scary The Momo Challenge is an internet game, targeted at children, that encourages them to complete tasks that start innocent, such as hiding a bag in their house and works up to threats if they don't harm themselves or others. Apparently hidden in online content made for the younger generation What started off as a viral hoax, has developed into a worldwide phenomenon. And while initially this seems to have been an internet urban legend that was spread by fear, it now seems to have spawned into a terrifying reality for people who attempt the Momo challenge. Lets take a look at this recent craze and two supposedly real leaked Momo facetime calls. While its true that this was a hoax that was debunked, an internet urban legend with no actual proof anywhere that the Momo challenge had caused any child or person to injure themselves, it has spread like wildfire and now seems to have become a real life phenomenon that might just be real. Recently two supposedly real facetime videos of people partaking in the momo challenge have surfaced online. There is very little information regarding these clips, but they appear more real than most of the hoax Momo challenge videos circulating online. The first one supposedly shows a man texting the Momo number, only to have it call him back on facetime with terrifying results. Take a look: The 2nd clip is even worse, but possibly easier to debunk. It doesn't show a phone and just has the WhatsApp logo in the corner. Now this clip is short and even though it could be an edited video, if it is, it's extremely impressive, as you can see the distorted features in the knife the character is holding. Is this a person dressing up as Momo to scare potential victims? What do you think about the Momo challenge?
