SWIFT ACTION BY THE DISTRICT PROSECUTION OFFICE OF BALAM IN HANDLING A FICTITIOUS CREDIT CASE

Following up on citizen reports submitted to our office last month regarding alleged identity theft in credit applications, the Bandar Lampung District Attorney's Office moved quickly to enforce the law. Based on in depth examinations conducted by the Investigation Team, the District Prosecution Office of Bandar Lampung has officially named 8 (eight) individuals as suspects in the alleged corruption case involving disbursement of Rapid Credit and General Credit at one of the state-owned banks. All suspects, consisting of bank employees and private individuals, have been detained. In addition, the Investigation Team has seized assets belonging to the suspects as part of efforts = to recover state financial losses. The District Prosecution Office of Bandar Lampung remains committed to resolving this case in a transparent and professional manner.
