Project Object - Ike Willis - Napoleon Murphy Brock - Feb-17-2001 The North Star - Philadelphia PA - Soundboard Audio - Part-1 Seeding at Zappateers: http://www.zappateers.com/bb/viewtopi... Ike Willis - guitar, lead vocals Napoleon Murphy Brock - flute, sax, lead vocals Andre Cholmondeley - guitar, vocals Robbie "Seahag" Mangano - guitar, lead and background vocals Jordan Shapiro - keyboards, lead and background vocals, mystery instrument Dave Johnson - bass Glenn Leonard - drums, percussion Audio: Soundboard / Audience master clone recorded by Unknown Seeded to Zappateers by UniMuta Video: Recorded by Brian Lagerman with a Sony VX1000 Transferred from my Mini-DV Masters **As the show progresses, the lighting gets very poor. The resulting video is darker. Other than that, a great show by the band. Capture process: Mini-DV Masters - Sony DCR-TRV27 with Digital Pass-Thru via Fire wire to PC - Sony Movie Studio Platinum 13 - DVD Architect Very nice Sound board recording uploaded by UniMuta My thanks! Thanks to my friend Stan S. for building me the camera. He was Sony's MINI-DV guru on the east coast at the time. My camera was frankenstiened from 3 defective units on his work bench that were destined for the electronics graveyard. The North Star......was a corner bar in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Not a great area at night. If you parked in the bars lot, or had to park off site, you were sure to be greeted by someone offering to watch your car. So you slip the guy a $5. You don’t......then no one to watch your car. A five spot (in 2002) keeps your car from being keyed, or worse. Anyhow, this was a Sunday night in the middle of February. Was hoping to get to see Nappy after the show, which i did. I thought this was a really good show. it's to bad that the lighting got so poor. I've tried to make adjustments to this, but it mostly just added distortion. Seahag is a real talent. Love his guitar work. Andre's solo on Inca i really like also. Add a killer version of Carolina Hard Core and The Evil Prince to just a few of the highlights of this show. This might just be the best lineup that PO ever had. This was shot halfway back, against the right side wall of the venue. There are 2 audio patches. 1) Crowd noise added from the original camera audio for Ike's entrance. 2) Anyway The Wind Blows is now complete with camera audio fill. I edited out about 5 mins of just talk between set breaks. Hope it's worthy. RIP Glenn.
