The door would sag when opening which caused it to rub against the front fender. If left like this the door would eventually lever into the fender and dent it in. Also, the metal of the door where the hinges bolted in had cracked making the problem that much worse. In this video I work my way through fixing the problem. I purchased the hinge pins from Amazon http://a.co/18Wi1DX For those of you who may attempt this themselves, the only thing I would NOT have done if I could do it over is to weld the seam of the door. The paint on the opposite side melted when I attempted it, and will be something I need to correct in the future.
