This vacuum incorporates our Red Raider HD vacuum system, 240 volt, single phase 300 CFM, 11 inches of mercury, along with our 55 gallon H-E-C-X-L-T. High efficiency cyclone's gonna separate all the material, put it into a plastic bag inside of the drum, and all the vacuum will filter all the fine dust, if any gets by. As you'll see, this is an extremely quiet vacuum. Powerful enough, we're using a three inch diameter hose. This is Vermiculite. Powerful enough to run a hundred, a hundred to 150 feet of hose. That'll easily transport all the material back outside to the truck or wherever you end up locating the vacuum. Could you come across any building materials, nails, screws, pieces of wood? This vacuum system is completely protected, so it won't have any effect on the vacuum filters or the vacuum system at all. If you were to pick up any screws or sharp objects, broken glass or anything, and the filter in his vacuum filters down to 0.5 microns, so it'll easily handle all of the fine dust that you should bring any in drywall, dust, cement, dust. And should there be any asbestos or any lead dust present, the HEPA filter filters down to 0.3 micron, so that'll purify the air. The primary filter is so efficient that the HEPA filter doesn't actually see any of the dust. It just purifies the air. So you can expect long lengths of time before you have to change any filters. In fact, the primary filter could easily last five or six years, and the HEPA filter. Even longer. So as you'll note, we just removed all that material. A very short period of time. Now, while the vacuum's running, if you want to test to see how full it is, you can just simply remove a lever. You'll notice that this lever didn't drop all the way down to the bottom. So our drum's gonna be about this full. This will tell the operator, go ahead and he can actually shut the machine down and empty it. Now we've made emptying this very easy. You don't have to disconnect any of the hoses. All you have to simply do is remove two levers. The lid hold itself in place, tipping drum assembly. You'll see all the fine dust that we captured inside of the cyclone, so our filters are gonna maintain absolutely clean. Pull the bag out, take a twist tie, tie the bag off, and then you can invert this drum. A hundred wet, a hundred percent. Put a new bag in, put it back together. Now the primary filter that did all the filtration, that's how you clean the filter. And you'll see we picked up a whole entire 55 gallon drum full of Vermiculite, and that's the only carryover that we had into the filter. So that high efficiency cyclone is extremely efficient.
