MOMO (Mobile Object Manipulation Operator) has been one of KIMLAB’s key robots since its development about two years ago and has featured as a main actor in several of our videos. The design and functionalities of MOMO were recently published in IEEE Robotics & Automation Magazine. MOMO inherits the plug-and-play modularity from PAPRAS and mobility from HD Hyundai’s mobile base, developed through our collaboration with HD Hyundai Robotics. One of MOMO’s unique features is its ability to plan coordinated motions for all three arms, enabling manipulation tasks with an exceptionally large range of motion.
