Take a walk with me around Pasay City Metro Manila Philippines. I first begin the walk at the tail end of the township of Newport City and then make my way to Malibay in Pasay City Metro Manila Philippines. I explored around Newport City but was not impressed, and then decided to walk outside into the real barangays surrounding the area. Newport City, which was just across from Terminal 3 NAIA was definitely clean and tidy. They had nice restaurants and fine hotels, so the area is catered to foreign guests arriving and departing internationally. Not many, if any locals are ever in this area unless they worked there.
