The damage before the reset isn't cuh-razy, since to make the freeze restand consistent you have to burn your ground bounce (on Helm Breaker) and otg (on the freeze itself). Might be able to optimize it a bit still, but the concept is there, and you can still get the two-touch kill using the bar you build doing the two combos. Technically you don't neeeeed to otg with MillC to get the freeze restand, but the timing on it can be a serious pain in the ass. If your opponent is higher up then they'll pop out of the freeze before settling onto the ground, and you have to LP them like as they're bouncing off the ground, which is an extremely tight timing. As far as I can tell mashing to break out of the freeze doesn't get you out of the restand set up; I tested with the replay function and wasn't able to break out before the LP reset.
