GOOD WORK DONE BY THE SPECIAL STAFF/OUTER DISTRICT BRUTAL MURDER CASE OF POLICE STATION SAMAYPUR BADLI, OUTER-NORTH DISTRICT, DELHI WORKED OUT THREE ACCUSED PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE SENSATIONAL MURDER CASE OF SAMAYPUR BADLI ARRESTED ACCUSED PERSONS MURDERED THE DECEASED BY STABBING HIM SEVERAL TIMES The Special Staff, Outer District , Delhi has done a stupendous work by arresting three accused persons who were involved in a brutal murder case of Police Station Samaypur Badli, Outer North District, Delhi. TEAM FORMATION AND ARREST On 26.06.2023, a secret information regarding accused persons, who were involved in a brutal murder case of Police Station Samaypur Badli, Outer North District, Delhi was received by the officials of Special Staff, Outer District, Delhi. On receiving the information a dedicated team comprising ASI Rajkumar, ASI Yashveer, HC Naveen, HC Ramesh and Ct. Manjeet under the close supervision of Inspr. Parveen Kumar, I/C Spl./Staff was constituted. As per information, the team reached at Deepali Chowk, Rani Bagh area where three persons namely (1) Dev Rajput S/o Pawan Kumar R/o H. No. 840, Near Shivalya Mandir, Pardhan Wali Gali, Village- Badli, Delhi, age–22 Yrs., (2) Anurag Shood S/o Kiran Kumar R/o H. No. 464, Near Balmiki Mandir, Village- Badli, Delhi, age – 19 Yrs. and (3) Aniket Sharma @ Nanu S/o Vikram Sharma R/o H. No. 61, Near Primary School Road, Old Bus Stand, Village – Badli, Delhi, age – 22 Yrs. were apprehended. INTERROGATION & MODUS OPERANDI OF ACCUSED PERSONS During interrogation, the above mentioned accused persons disclosed their involvement in case FIR No. 0596/23, dated 23/06/2023, U/s 302/324/34 IPC PS Samaypur Badli, Delhi. Accused Dev Rajput, Anurag Shood and Aniket revealed that they had murdered Vikki on 23.06.2023 by stabbing him by knife. Accused Dev Rajput caught the deceased Vikki from behind while Aniket stabbed him with a knife several times on his face, chest, stomach etc. Accused Dev Rajput further stated that he had taken money from deceased Vikki and Vikki asked him to return his money back many times . To get rid of him he along with his accomplices planned to murder Vikky. A kalandra vide GD No. 94-A dated 26.06.2023 u/s 41.1 (BA) CrPC, PS Mangolpuri was prepared in this regard. NAME OF ACCUSED PERSONS (1) Dev Rajput S/o Pawan Kumar R/o H.No.840, Near Shivalya Mandir, Pardhan Wali Gali, Village- Badli, Delhi age-22 years. (2) Anurag Shood S/o Kiran Kumar R/o H.No.464, Near Balmiki Mandir, Village- Badli, Delhi, age-19 years. (3) Aniket Sharma @ Nanu S/o Vikram Sharma R/o H.No.61, Near Primary School Road, Old Bus Stand, Village – Badli, Delhi., age-22 years. Accused persons were not found involved in other cases.
