In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to edit access for properties in HubSpot. You can restrict a property in HubSpot so that only specific users and teams can edit the property on records. A restricted property will still be visible by all users, but they will have no permission to edit the value of this field when hovering over the property on a record. Steps To Follow: 1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar. 2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Properties. 3. To edit one property, hover over the property, then click More. In the dropdown menu, select Assign Users & Teams. 4. To prevent all other users from being able to edit the property's value on a record, select the Private to me radio button. 5. To allow all users to edit the property's value on a record, select the Available to everyone radio button. 6. To specify which users and teams can edit the property's value on a record, select the Select users and teams who can edit the radio button. 7. Then select the teams or users that can edit the property: 8. Then whom you want to give them access to edit and automatically the users who have not accessed to edit property will be restricted to edit the properties. 9. Click Save. 10. After saving, the property will only be editable on records by users or members of the selected teams.
