Brownies AND cheesecake?? Chocolaty rich fudgy Brownie and cheesy smoothness of a Cheesecake is a perfect pair. They are hard to resist and a lot simpler to make than it may seem. Brownie: 1 box of brownie mix of your choice. I used Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge brownie mix. Prepare the mix according to the instruction on the box. I used milk in place of water. Cream cheese: 2 blocks of 8oz - room temperature 2 eggs 1/2 cup powder sugar - you can use granulated sugar and adjust according to taste 1 tbsp of milk to thin out the cream cheese for easier spread melted chocolate chips to swirl on top Bake: following the instruction on the brownie mix box.
