This video is the recording of my first lecture on Association Rules. It provided an introduction to Association Rules: what they are, and why they are important. It also explains how to mine Association Rules as a 2 step process: 1) Finding all frequent itemsets 2) Generate strong association rules from frequent itemsets You will learn how to calculate "Support" and "Confidence". Finally, it provides an introduction to Apriori Property, which is the basis of the Apriori Algorithm (to find frequent itemsets), which is covered in the next lectures recordings.
