Greetings, Martian colonists! In this installment of our Occupy Mars tutorial series, we're delving into the fascinating world of Martian agriculture, from potatoes and beets to corn and tomatoes. Survival on Mars isn't just about power and oxygen – it's also about growing your own food. In this video, we'll guide you through the four stages of plant growth in Occupy Mars, each with its own requirements and benefits. Stage 1 is the Incubator, perfect for hardy crops like potatoes and beetroots. In Stage 2, we move plants to the Shelf for further growth. Stage 3 steps up the complexity as we move into the Greenhouse, where we can grow corn and tomatoes. This stage requires us to create dirt using silicon in the Fertilizer Machine, which is then assigned to the crop beds in the Greenhouse. Finally, we arrive at Stage 4, which necessitates a dome and another Fertilizer Machine. Note that when you recycle silicon, it's only for the building that houses the composter, and you can't get it back. Finding new seeds for your Martian garden involves exploring abandoned bases and bringing back any seeds you find. Remember, the bigger the plant and the longer the growth process, the greater the reward, ranging from nutritional sustenance to an oxygen boost for your base. Join us as we dive into the green side of the Red Planet and master Martian agriculture! Remember to like, comment, and subscribe for more tips on thriving in Occupy Mars.
