This Harley-Davidson Dyna final assembly and first start marks the completion of our full custom 2002 Dyna Low Rider build series. After three months of performance upgrades, chrome details, and precision fabrication, this custom Harley Dyna project is finally complete — and we fire it up for the very first time. 🔥 In this final episode, we install a high-polished HPi exhaust, upgraded to a flawless mirror chrome finish. We pair it with a chrome Feuling BA Air Cleaner to increase airflow and complete the premium performance setup. Rear suspension is finalized with custom ARP hardware, chrome Thrashin Supply foot controls are installed and adjusted, and we finish everything with fresh engine oil, primary fluid, and transmission fluid to prep this Dyna for its first start. Every upgrade in this build — cams, chrome wheels, brakes, chain drive conversion, upgraded clutch, polished components — now comes together into one cohesive custom motorcycle.
